Welcome to American Human Academy Spirit Time ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Located at 222 N Canon Dr, Beverly Hills, California 90210, we operate an online platform that offers informational and consulting services including online courses, webinars, consultations, personalized guidance, and the sale of digital gift certificates. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided
Our platform serves as a medium for providing and promoting educational content, including:

  • Online courses

  • Webinars

  • Individual consultations and support

  • Sale of gift certificates

  • Instructor membership for course hosting, promotion, and certificate issuance

 

2. Audience
Our services are intended for individuals aged 13 and above, including students and professionals.

 

3. Payments and Fees
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa, and Mastercard. All fees are clearly stated prior to checkout.

 

4. User Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing any materials found on the platform. All materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

 

5. Content Moderation
All content is published following internal moderation. Users do not maintain personal accounts. Unauthorized use or breach of terms may result in denial of access to the platform without notice.

 

6. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably through customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, you agree that any legal action shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The courts of Los Angeles County shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.

 

7. No Warranty
All services and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, American Human Academy Spirit Time and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the services in the past six months.

 

9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor shortages, internet outages, or governmental restrictions.

 

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
