Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • If a course has not started

  • In case of significant technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
     

2. Time Frame
Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase. Late requests may not be honored unless required by law.

3. Method of Refund
Requests must be submitted via email or phone. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Other non-refundable services may be specified at the time of purchase.
